When we start a blog, then first we think only about Google AdSense because it is a most easier way to earn money online. After getting a successful approval of AdSense account. We are placed AdSense Codes without reading AdSense Policies. But one day AdSense reminds you about your this violation with a Warning. And after that if you have not followed their T&C your account will be blocked for forever.
Now Google has become more strict and has started review AdSense ads placement on your Website or blog. After reviewing if you are not following AdSense T&C, they will send you violation warning.
And same a few days ago, I received the following violation warning:

“Action is required to bring AdSense account into compliance with our AdSense program policies. Please make changes to the above site within three working days. We may spot-check again after this time. Once you have made the changes, hit the Mark resolved button and complete the short form. Please be aware if you don’t make changes to bring your site into compliance, ad serving may be disabled to the website listed above.”
“Publishers may not implement Google ads in a manner that disguises the ads in any way. In order to maintain a good user experience, it is important for publishers to clearly distinguish Google ads from site content. This includes, but is not limited to: site layouts in which the ads push content below the fold on mobile devices; placing 300×250 or larger ad units above the fold on a mobile optimized site.”
“In order to remain fully compliant please ensure that your site and ad layout remain compliant across all devices. More information about this policy can be found in our help center and on this short video.”
Why I received this violation message?
This violation message received due to I was using AdSense responsive ad unit below the title and the responsive ad unit automatically adjusted its size according to screen width. Therefore responsive ad unit automatically adjusted on mobile to 300X250 but according to AdSense T&C you can’t use 300X250 or Larger ad unit if “site layouts in which the ads push content below the fold on mobile devices; placing 300×250 or larger ad units above the fold on a mobile optimized site.”
Look at the screenshot below:As you can see the AdSense ad push the content below the fold and there is no content visible. It is against the AdSense Policy violation.
You can understand why a big 300X250 or bigger AdSense unit under the title violates AdSense Terms and conditions. See screenshot below:
After getting above AdSense warning, I had shocked. Why have I received the violation? After receiving the warning I tested my site responsive layout. And found that my News7Paper themes layout push the content below the fold, if I use the responsive ad below the title.
I had understood why did this happen with me. Before I was using Genesis Child theme News Pro on my site. It was working fine and the ads unit automatically optimized on mobile site 250X250 or 200X200 and the content was not going below the fold. But when I replaced News Pro to News7Paper theme. Only then was it happened.
What to do? if this violation message received.
First check your that page, because of which you have received above violation warning. If you are not understanding, why your page violating AdSense T&C? remove the ads from the article. And if you can’t remove ads, in my opinion remove the article completely. Because sometimes you have edited the article but the Ads-Bot can’t understand the changes. So they can terminate Ads serving on your site. Therefore it is safe to remove that article to save your AdSense account.
Also identify, ads placement on other pages must compliance to AdSense Policies. And also your ads placement must be compliance on all screen layouts. You can try these free online tools to check your landing page is violating or it is not violating AdSense rules.
How I removed violation?
I don’t want to take any risk so first I removed all AdSense ads placements from the page. And moved below the title ads placement between the Paragraph on other pages. Because my News7Paper has great customization features. So I customized the post layout and remove sidebar also because of my sidebar also has one AdSense ad. After fully satisfied, I went to remove red warning.
